Lead Field Service Representative

About the role

Join Nalco’s Energy Services group as a Lead Field Service Representative. You will provide contractual support, troubleshoot complex chemical applications, and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve multi‑disciplinary technical issues on‑site or remotely.
• Maintain and distribute troubleshooting guides and bulletins.
• Prepare detailed reports on problems, corrective actions, and recommended process changes.
• Conduct site surveys, product audits, and chemical inventory management.
• Collect and analyze samples to monitor chemical programs.
• Deliver chemicals, coordinate sampling schedules, and support new product trials.
• Assist sales in business proposal preparation and participate in design reviews.
• Mentor junior service representatives and uphold safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• At least two years of post‑secondary education (college or technical school).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
• Ability to travel within a defined territory and overnight as needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site and lift up to 55 lb.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Materials handling knowledge.
• Scheduling and inventory management experience.
• Technical sales or field‑sales support background (minimum 4 years preferred).
• Chemical sampling and delivery proficiency.
