Leasing Manager – Remote (Bahrain)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for our commercial, residential, retail, and mixed‑use property portfolios. This fully remote position is based in Bahrain and focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to boost occupancy and portfolio performance.
• Identify and attract prospective tenants through marketing, networking, and business development.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and commercial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers, developers, and partners.
• Analyze market trends, rental rates, competitor activity, and property performance.
• Monitor lease expirations, vacancy levels, occupancy rates, and rental income.
• Collaborate with property management, finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure lease documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Manage tenant onboarding, lease administration, and move‑in/move‑out coordination.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy forecasts, and executive performance dashboards.
• Support property acquisitions, new developments, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in leasing processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in leasing, property management, commercial real estate, or asset management.
• Proven experience managing leasing portfolios and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, tenant relations, market analysis, and real estate operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with landlords, brokers, tenants, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
