About the role
The Line Cook will join the kitchen team at Apparel Group in Bahrain, preparing and cooking dishes that meet the restaurant’s quality standards. This full‑time position offers the chance to work alongside experienced chefs in a fast‑paced environment. The kitchen operates with a focus on fresh, high‑quality ingredients and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation to uphold consistency.
Required profile
- At least one month of experience working in a kitchen or similar food‑service environment.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a team‑oriented setting.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality dishes and adhering to restaurant standards.
- Flexibility to work during peak service periods and handle multiple orders efficiently.
