About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will support Talal Ali Logistics in Manama by managing documentation, customs clearance, and inventory for tooling shipments across the region. This full-time position works closely with sourcing, regional managers and the international logistics provider to ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and organize purchasing and logistics documents.
- Resolve customs issues for tooling shipments to challenging destinations in coordination with the logistics provider.
- Act as the liaison between Sourcing, the Regional Tooling Manager and the team to determine tooling needs.
- Continuously improve systems and procedures related to tooling and logistics.
- Coordinate with Tooling Coordinators and manage international shipments to guarantee on-time, smooth deliveries.
- Physically organize inventory and prepare kits for assembly operations.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer service experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google suite.
- Proficiency with office applications.
