Manager - IT Advisory

About the role

The Manager – IT Advisory will lead digital transformation engagements for clients in Bahrain, shaping strategy, operating models and technology implementation. You will work closely with senior client leaders to assess digital maturity, design target‑state solutions and drive end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives covering strategy, process digitisation and technology enablement.
• Assess client digital maturity, identify gaps and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design business cases, ROI analyses and value‑realisation frameworks for digital projects.
• Advise on selection and implementation of cloud, ERP, CRM, data platforms, AI and automation solutions.
• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional consulting teams and client‑side stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, success metrics and value‑tracking mechanisms for programmes.
• Support change‑management activities, including communication, training and adoption planning.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities, thought leadership and practice development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting or programme management.
• Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
