Managing Director (Equity Based)

About the role

Rayman Consulting & Recruitment is seeking a Managing Director to lead the firm’s strategic growth and operational excellence. This equity‑based position offers ownership participation while leveraging a fully supported HR and business services team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute long‑term business plans, identifying new market opportunities.
• Manage key client accounts and nurture high‑level relationships to drive revenue.
• Lead business development initiatives, including prospecting and partnership building.
• Supervise recruitment and consulting projects, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Represent the firm in senior‑level negotiations and industry forums.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or partner role.
• Strong background in business planning, client relationship management, and strategic development.
• Deep understanding of sales planning, human resources, and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends and implement growth‑focused solutions.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with business tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) – optional.
