About the role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Content Manager to lead the planning, development, and optimisation of engaging content across our digital channels. This part‑time, fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned content professional who can translate business objectives into compelling messaging and drive brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Create and oversee content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate production schedules.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand standards across all channels.
• Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and industry topics.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, sales teams, and other stakeholders on campaigns.
• Review, edit, and improve written content for clarity, accuracy, engagement, and conversion.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support SEO‑focused content planning and broader digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related area (preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and content‑strategy abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
