Marketing Manager – Consumer Electronics (B2C)

About the role

Huawei is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness and growth for its consumer electronics portfolio in Manama, Bahrain. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of end‑to‑end campaigns targeting B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing workflow, from market research and budgeting to strategy formulation, execution, localization, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Develop and implement Go‑To‑Market strategies for new product launches, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all B2C touchpoints.
• Oversee integrated omnichannel initiatives across digital channels (social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM) and offline channels (retail activation, PR, tech events).
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, design teams and external agencies to guarantee seamless execution of marketing calendars and promotions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (ROI, CPA, engagement rate) to continuously optimize spend and strategy in real time.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated B2C consumer‑electronics marketing experience within the GCC.
• Deep familiarity with standard marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and agency management.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and digital marketing trends in the tech sector.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional coordination abilities; thrives in a fast‑changing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
