About the role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Representative to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, acquiring new customers, and ensuring smooth billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain contact with existing clients, gather feedback, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Reach out to potential clients, presenting Agroshipping’s products and services.
- Monitor client payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate with credit and collections.
- Address client issues by analyzing problems and proposing alternative solutions.
- Welcome new clients, enter their information into the system, and ensure proper onboarding.
- Research account deficits and compile relevant data to support credit decisions.
Required profile
- Holder of a university degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
