MEP Engineer – High-rise & Villa Projects

About the role

A leading construction company in Bahrain seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing works for high‑rise buildings and large villa projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP activities for high‑rise and villa construction projects.
• Monitor MEP installation and construction activities on site.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural and other project disciplines.
• Review project requirements and ensure execution according to specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve MEP‑related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works within project schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in MEP project management or site execution, preferably on high‑rise buildings and large villa projects.
• Strong coordination and site management abilities.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Age between 25 and 30 years.
