Online University Instructor – Part‑Time Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Online University Instructor to deliver high‑quality virtual courses to university‑level learners. This part‑time, fully remote position involves preparing engaging lessons, facilitating online discussions, and supporting student success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live or recorded university‑level online lessons.
• Prepare lectures, presentations, assignments, and supporting materials.
• Explain complex concepts using practical examples and relevant resources.
• Facilitate online discussions, collaborative activities, and group projects.
• Assess assignments, projects, examinations, and participation.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and course documentation.
• Integrate appropriate digital tools and technology into teaching.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve course content and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline (preferred).
• 3+ years of teaching, training, or academic experience.
• Strong subject‑matter knowledge and clear communication skills.
• Experience with online teaching, virtual classrooms, and digital learning environments.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to academic detail.
• Ability to motivate and support students in a fully remote setting.
