Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Operations Manager to own the day‑to‑day backend processes for two fast‑growing wellness brands. You will work closely with leadership, ensuring logistics, supply‑chain, Shopify, inventory and reporting run smoothly while supporting rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain operations, coordinating manufacturers, 3PL partners, air and sea freight across Bahrain and the UK.
• Oversee Shopify backend: product listings, pricing, reviews, inventory accuracy and system integrations.
• Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis using Excel.
• Track sales, inventory, margins and overall operational performance.
• Prepare regular reports and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Support marketing and media‑buying discussions with sales and product performance data.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement effective solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, wellness or consumer brands.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset; no hand‑holding required.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Shopify administration and integration experience.
