Process Engineer

About the role

Our client, a leading copper tube manufacturer in Bahrain, is seeking a Process Engineer to analyse operations and drive efficiency across the plant. The role involves working closely with management to identify process improvements, reduce costs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workflows across all departments to enhance collaboration and overall performance.
• Review and optimise KPI monitoring systems to support stable operations.
• Develop analytical frameworks that justify business decisions.
• Design and calculate new product manufacturing processes.
• Implement and refine business processes to align with financial goals.
• Provide recommendations on staffing levels and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform any reasonable assignments requested by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Strong mathematical and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and train colleagues.
• Comfort with integrating new technologies into existing environments.

Required skills

• Six Sigma (or similar continuous‑improvement methodology).
• Statistical analysis.
