Project Engineer – Aluminium & Glass Projects

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate aluminium and glass projects, including curtain wall, cladding, and structural glazing, ensuring successful delivery from design through construction. This position requires strong site and project management capabilities within a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise aluminium and glass works on site.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure technical compliance.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required profile

• BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium and glass construction projects.
• Proven site and project management experience.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Currently residing in Bahrain is preferred.
