Project Planner

About the role

The Project Planner will be responsible for estimating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. Working closely with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams, the role guarantees that material supplies and scheduling are aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, update them regularly, and produce weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to follow up on orders, delivery dates, and resolve any issues.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients, and external parties to close out procurement activities.
• Review new job scopes, raise RFIs, and highlight discrepancies early in the project lifecycle.
• Prepare dashboards, EVM analyses, and other reporting tools to track project performance.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in team meetings, generate follow‑up notes, and support operational improvements.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area, or commercial projects.
• Experience with high‑rise building projects and extension‑of‑time techniques.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or relocate within Saudi Arabia and join immediately.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand proper project sequencing.
