Projects Manager – Fit‑out & Construction

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects for retail stores, food & beverage outlets, hotels and commercial offices. Working independently, you will oversee planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Convert tender programmes into detailed construction schedules, defining procurement needs and client meeting calendars.
• Set project objectives, scope, budget, and performance targets; select and manage subcontractors and internal resources such as QA/QC, Health & Safety and MEP teams.
• Approve interim payments, valuations and final accounts for subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings as the company representative and maintain accurate progress records.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites and manage rectification processes.
• Prepare and hand over Operations & Maintenance manuals and manage project close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years total experience in fit‑out contracting, with at least 7‑8 years in reputable Middle‑East firms.
• Strong technical, execution and commercial abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of woodworking, joinery, timber, veneers and related manufacturing practices.
