Projects Manager

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects for retail stores, F&B outlets, hotels and commercial offices. Working independently, the role is responsible for overall planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Convert tender programmes into detailed construction schedules, define procurement needs and manage client meeting calendars.
• Set project objectives, scope, budgeting, scheduling and allocate internal resources such as QA/QC, Health & Safety and MEP management.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring resources, equipment and labour are sufficient to meet timelines and quality targets.
• Attend site meetings as the company representative, approve interim payments and valuations, and liaise with in‑house departments like joinery manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate progress records, report weekly to senior management and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance on all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years total experience in fit‑out contracting, with at least 7‑8 years in senior management roles in the Middle East.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and a strong commercial track record in the fit‑out industry.
• Deep knowledge of woodworking, joinery, timber, veneers and related manufacturing practices.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of market trends and ability to propose ideas that enhance the company’s brand and market presence.
