QA/QC Manager – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The company is a leading interior fit‑out contractor seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across multiple furniture manufacturing projects in Bahrain. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and coordinate with project stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for interior fit‑out and furniture manufacturing projects.
• Lead ISO implementation and maintain certification requirements.
• Manage a team of QA/QC staff, providing coaching, performance reviews and workload planning.
• Conduct risk assessments, testing procedures and quality audits.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• 8 to 12 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably within furniture manufacturing or interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience in ISO implementation and compliance.
• Strong team‑leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
