Quality Manager – NSA Bahrain

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead KBR’s quality assurance function for the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain project, ensuring that products, services and processes meet client, contractual and regulatory requirements. This full‑time onsite role is based in Manama and supports a range of defense and federal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Analyse quality data, performance indicators and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for non‑conformances.
• Plan and execute internal and external audits, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement and HSE teams to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors and regulatory bodies on quality matters.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading quality assurance functions in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and implementation of quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality metrics and drive improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, auditors and cross‑functional teams.
