RCM Facilitator

About the role

Comsip Al A'Ali, a VINCI Energies subsidiary, is seeking an experienced RCM Facilitator to lead reliability‑centered maintenance initiatives within its oil and gas projects. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving asset performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate RCM workshops with cross‑functional teams to identify failure modes, assess risks, and define maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with asset managers to develop asset hierarchies, criticality assessments, and integrate RCM into the overall asset management framework.
• Analyze historical maintenance and operational data to spot trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
• Design and deliver training materials and workshops to up‑skill maintenance engineers and stakeholders on RCM principles.
• Ensure all reliability initiatives align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in RCM methodologies and oil‑and‑gas best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector with a strong background in reliability‑centered maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of asset management, failure analysis, and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Advanced certifications such as CMRP, CRL, or ARP are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong facilitation and communication skills.
