Regional Sales & Marketing Aftermarket Manager – Gas & Process

About the role

Responsible for driving sustainable growth of the aftermarket business for centrifugal compressors, turboexpanders and associated rotating equipment across MEA and Pakistan. The role leads Territory Sales Managers and develops opportunities for spare parts, overhauls, upgrades, retrofits, digital solutions and long‑term service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Territory Sales Managers across MEA and Pakistan.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy, forecasting and profitability.
• Identify and grow opportunities for spare parts, overhauls, upgrades, retrofits, digital solutions and long‑term service agreements.
• Negotiate strategic service contracts and manage key accounts.
• Coordinate with service operations, engineering and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain CRM discipline and drive performance management across the region.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of industrial aftermarket experience, with at least 5 years managing multi‑country sales.
• Proven background in centrifugal compressors, turboexpanders, integrally geared compressors or other critical rotating equipment.
• Experience in oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining, fertilizer, industrial gases or power sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to convert technical requirements into commercial aftermarket solutions.
• Strong strategic leadership and people‑management capabilities.
