About the role
The Relationship Officer will promote bank services and the group company's products for a respected Indian bank. You will work closely with internal teams to grow wallet share, meet client targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance the wallet share of assigned customers.
- Achieve client relationship targets and other KPIs set by the bank.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify new product opportunities.
- Liaise with internal business groups to fulfil client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and KYC requirements.
- Provide ongoing inputs to the marketing function on new segments and opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong orientation towards customer relationship management.
- Ability to meet quantitative targets and KPIs.
- Experience working with product and marketing teams.
- Good understanding of banking regulations and KYC processes.
- Effective communication and liaison skills across internal departments.
