Sales Administration Manager – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is seeking an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead its automotive sales administration team. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicle sales, supports the sales department, and upholds high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales administration team, overseeing daily operations and conducting performance reviews.
• Supervise the end‑to‑end sales administration process, from order entry and contract generation to vehicle handover.
• Ensure all sales documentation (financial agreements, registration forms, invoices) is accurate and complies with legal and company standards.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other company systems.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Act as liaison between sales, finance, logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee seamless workflow.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrative role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations is a plus.
