Sales & Designer (Interior Fit‑out)

About the role

The Sales Cum Designer bridges creativity and commerce for interior fit‑out and carpentry projects, turning client visions into functional, stylish designs while driving sales and ensuring seamless project execution across the UAE/GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, preferences and project goals.
• Conduct site visits and provide professional recommendations for interior and furniture solutions.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts and detailed drawings.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Present design proposals, explaining materials, finishes and concepts to clients.
• Prepare competitive quotations, project proposals and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain consistent client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects from concept development to final handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit‑out, carpentry, joinery or furniture industry.
• Proven sales track record with confidence in closing deals.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
• UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage.
