About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive Trainee to join our advertising services team in Bahrain. This entry‑level position offers a one‑month training period followed by a full‑time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and qualifying new clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to develop negotiation skills.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals and follow‑up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
