SAP PMO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PMO Manager to lead and coordinate SAP implementation projects from blueprint to go‑live. The role combines project management expertise with strong client‑facing skills to ensure successful delivery across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources and information across internal and external teams.
• Break projects into actionable tasks, set realistic timeframes and monitor schedules.
• Track progress, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise and lead meetings, prepare minutes and follow‑up on actions.
• Support the Project Manager in removing blockers and handling issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to verify standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales teams, contribute to marketing messages and represent the company at industry conferences.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP PMO or similar role, with at least two full life‑cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP module interactions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to business audiences.
• Proven ability to work with clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience in risk management and quality assurance.
