School Principal (On-site Contract)

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced Principal to lead its campus in Manama. This on‑site, contract position will be responsible for the overall administration, strategic direction, and academic quality of the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise faculty and staff, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning.
• Maintain compliance with national and international academic standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students and staff.
• Manage school resources, budgets, and campus operations efficiently.
• Represent the school within the local community and with external stakeholders.
• Oversee admissions, staff development, and academic quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education (preferred) or Bachelor’s/Master’s with B.Ed.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership or instructional supervision role.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction across national and international frameworks.
• Proven ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness.
• Competence in managing budgets, personnel, and campus operations.
• Experience implementing school policies, improvement plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent data interpretation, strategic planning, communication, public relations, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
