Senior Applications Support Analyst (AVP)

About the role
Citi is looking for a seasoned Applications Support Senior Analyst (AVP) to provide technical and business support for its global finance applications. You will ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical systems that serve millions of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quick resolutions to application issues and drive stability improvements.
- Maintain and monitor production applications, including start‑of‑day checks and regional handovers.
- Perform same‑day risk reconciliations and assess the impact of production incidents.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Identify opportunities to maximize application potential and ensure proper storage and archiving procedures.
Required profile
- In‑depth disciplinary knowledge with the ability to evaluate moderately complex issues.
- Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate dynamic information.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy, with experience leading informal or formal teams.
- Experience coaching and training new recruits.
