Senior Business Analyst (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis initiatives for a globally‑focused organization. The role is part‑time and fully remote, allowing you to work from Bahrain while collaborating with senior stakeholders across strategic, operational and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for strategic, operational and technology initiatives.
• Gather, validate, prioritize and document complex business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and operational challenges.
• Analyze processes, workflows, systems and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, process maps, functional specifications and analytical reports.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for product, technology and project teams.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, risks and actionable insights.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, requirement reviews and solution discussions.
• Support project planning, solution design, implementation, testing and change management.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards and recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting or process improvement.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and business documentation.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and documentation skills.
