Senior Design Architect

About the role

MSCEB is looking for a Senior Design Architect to lead design excellence within its Architecture Department in Bahrain. The role combines creative vision with strong technical expertise to deliver landmark projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and ensure high‑quality outcomes across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical validation, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee complex Revit models and BIM workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 + years of professional architectural experience.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Use of AI tools for concept development, design reviews, and technical validation.
• Extensive experience with BIM workflows.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication capabilities.
