Senior HRMS Implementation Analyst

About the role

Aramis Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Senior HRMS Implementation Analyst to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HRMS modules for clients across the GCC region. The position combines on‑site work in Bahrain with remote engagements and occasional travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned HRMS modules – discovery, blueprinting, functional specification, configuration, testing, parallel runs, UAT support and go‑live.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with HR and payroll stakeholders to capture detailed operational workflows.
• Write functional specifications for payroll calculations, attendance rules, leave accruals and employee lifecycle processes.
• Configure payroll, attendance and employee lifecycle modules and perform self‑quality assurance before user testing.
• Support parallel payroll runs, identifying and resolving issues before client detection.
• Mentor junior analysts on GCC payroll and labor‑law nuances.
• Maintain documentation in customization registers, defect trackers and timesheets.
• Ensure all change requests are formally documented and approved.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of hands‑on HRMS implementation experience, preferably within the GCC market.
• Proven ability to manage modules independently and deliver compliant solutions.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills with a focus on regulatory compliance.
