Senior Odoo Developer (Senior Associate)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team in Bahrain Bay. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining custom Odoo modules and applications to optimise business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom Odoo modules, workflows and reports based on business requirements.
• Customize core Odoo functionalities (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing) to meet specific client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported issues, applying fixes or suggesting improvements.
• Demonstrate software demos and support contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Odoo development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo business applications such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory and HR modules.
• Highly creative, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience integrating Odoo with third‑party APIs and services.
• Available in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
