Senior PR Executive

About the role

The Senior PR Executive will support and execute the hotel’s public relations and communications strategy, enhancing the visibility of Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain across Bahrain and the GCC. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial team, the role will manage media relations, influencer engagement, partnerships and PR activations for the hotel, its restaurants, spa and key experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day PR and communications activities for the hotel and its outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, editors, journalists, influencers and content creators in Bahrain and the GCC.
• Identify and secure PR opportunities, partnerships, cultural and community activations that strengthen the hotel’s positioning.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media alerts, invitations, fact sheets and other PR materials in line with Raffles brand standards.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer stays, interviews, photoshoots and hosted experiences, ensuring deliverables and follow‑up.
• Support PR for hotel experiences, restaurants, spa & wellness, events, seasonal campaigns and new launches.
• Pitch hotel stories and personalities to local, regional and international media and manage award submissions.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare regular PR reports and align activities with the marketing content calendar.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in PR, communications or luxury lifestyle/hospitality.
• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or a reputable PR agency is preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with Bahrain media, influencers and brands; GCC network is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and activations simultaneously.
