Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor & QA/QC Engineer – Bahrain

About the role

Our client, a leading contracting and ready‑mix company in Bahrain, is urgently hiring experienced professionals for three key positions: Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and QA/QC Engineer. The roles focus on road and infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance and quality standards throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, valuations and final accounts (Senior Quantity Surveyor).
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims and commercial reporting.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, monitor project costs and evaluate subcontractor payments (Quantity Surveyor).
• Implement QA/QC procedures, perform inspections, audits and material verification (QA/QC Engineer).
• Prepare quality documentation, inspection reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor: minimum 10 years experience on road & infrastructure projects.
• Quantity Surveyor: 5‑10 years experience, proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• QA/QC Engineer: 5‑10 years experience with QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures and ITPs.
