Senior Retail Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to lead our automotive showroom in Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to drive sales of new and pre‑owned vehicles while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalisation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for both new and pre‑owned cars.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, financing options, and market trends.
• Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects brand standards.
• Negotiate complex deals with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in automotive retail, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive products, technology and the Bahrain market.
• Natural leadership qualities with a talent for motivating and mentoring teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
