Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, external stakeholders, and on‑site trades.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out and marking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Prepare, review, and submit daily site reports with progress photos.
• Plan, allocate, and manage workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, tenant, and other trades on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site personnel.
• Verify as‑built quantities, compile final reports for account settlement, and prepare O&M manuals.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team as required.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and coordinate multidisciplinary trades.
• Successful track record on hospitality, hotel, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health, or education projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
