Senior Specialist - Group Performance

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Group Performance will support the design, implementation and monitoring of Bapco Energies' performance management framework. You will work across Strategic Business Units to align KPIs with corporate scorecards and ensure robust project‑control practices for the group’s capital portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining performance dashboards, communicating KPIs and balanced scorecards to senior leadership and business units.
• Gather, consolidate and validate performance data from all SBUs, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
• Analyze operational and financial data, identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
• Support the definition of performance objectives, KPIs and benchmarks in collaboration with SBUs.
• Produce detailed performance review reports and visualisations for periodic decision‑making.
• Work with project managers to ensure consistent tracking and reporting across all projects and programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, project controls or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical ability, big‑picture thinking and long‑term vision for performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven teamwork in cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
