Senior Video Production Partner (Contract)

About the role

Kino Media is seeking a senior video production partner to lead high‑impact filming projects for a major corporate client across key national and cultural events in 2026‑2027. This contract role involves end‑to‑end creative development, on‑set direction, and post‑production delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, write scripts, and produce storyboards that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage full‑scale video production, including on‑set coordination, directing, and technical execution.
• Oversee post‑production workflows such as editing, color grading, sound design, and preparation of localized master files.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assets within strict campaign deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a producer or agency delivering commercial or film projects.
• Portfolio showcasing at least five relevant high‑end video productions.
• Ability to handle multiple campaign milestones for 2026 (Bahraini Women’s Day, Bahrain National Day) and 2027 (New Year, Mother’s Day, Ramadan, Eid Al‑Fitr, Eid Al‑Adha).
