SEO Content Formatter

About the role

The SEO Content Formatter ensures that all web‑based copy is structured, readable and fully optimized for search engines. Working closely with writers and SEO strategists, you will turn drafts into polished, search‑engine‑friendly pages that drive organic traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Apply proper headings, keyword placement, meta descriptions and internal linking to articles, blog posts, landing pages and other web content.
• Review and edit content for SEO compliance, including keyword integration, readability scores and semantic relevance.
• Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists and marketing teams to refine drafts and align them with search intent.
• Analyze existing pages, update outdated information, improve keyword targeting and restructure content for better engagement.
• Upload, format and publish optimized content using CMS platforms such as WordPress while maintaining brand and SEO consistency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and on‑page optimization techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize content for readability and performance.
• Knowledge of keyword research, meta tags, heading structures, URL best practices and internal linking.
• Familiarity with CMS tools, especially WordPress.
• Good written communication, editing abilities and capacity to work with cross‑functional teams.
