About the role

As the first point of contact for spa guests at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, you will set the tone for a premium wellness experience. The role combines front‑desk hospitality with efficient reservation management in an ultra‑luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide information on spa services, treatments, and wellness programs.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage spa appointments and reservations using the booking system.
• Coordinate scheduling with therapists and other team members.
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries courteously.
• Maintain an organized, clean reception area and manage promotional materials.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Promote spa products and upsell treatments or packages as appropriate.
• Support special events or promotions organized by the spa.
• Adhere to health, safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within an ultra‑luxury hospitality or spa environment.
• Outstanding guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
