Systems & Control Specialist – Centralized Operations Hub

About the role

The Systems & Control Specialist will operate from the Centralized Operations Hub (COHUB) to monitor, control, and manage incidents across all integrated security and facility systems. You will ensure real‑time visibility, rapid escalation, and high availability of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, License Plate Recognition (LPR), YooPlatform, Intercom, Car‑Park Management and other integrated systems from a single control room.
• Assess, prioritize and act on system‑generated alerts, following the defined escalation matrix.
• Log all system‑related incidents, track them to resolution and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Perform first‑level and intermediate troubleshooting, coordinating with IT, vendors and technical teams.
• Generate performance, alert and downtime reports; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with process standards, logging discipline and support audit activities.

• Strong understanding of control‑room operations and system monitoring.
• Ability to work under high‑alert conditions and prioritize multiple issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and systematic documentation habits.
• Effective communication and coordination with technical and vendor teams.
