About the role

Joseph Gallagher, a leading UK‑based civil engineering and tunnelling contractor, is seeking an experienced TBM Operator for a key infrastructure project in the Middle East. You will join a skilled team dedicated to delivering high‑quality tunnel works while upholding the company’s award‑winning safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the line and grade of the tunnel while operating the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM).
• Monitor excavation material and ensure proper handling.
• Carry out relevant inspections of equipment and tunnel sections.
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience operating a TBM on civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of tunnel construction processes and safety standards.
