Technical Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to organise and support the activities of the GDA Technical Committees. The role will ensure smooth planning, execution and follow‑up of committee actions while maintaining the Knowledge Hub and related digital resources.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars and annual work plans for all Technical Committees.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action trackers and ensure timely distribution of documentation.
• Maintain committee calendars and manage the central digital repository (e.g., SharePoint) for all committee outputs.
• Facilitate communication between Committee Chairs, SMEs, SPOCs, GDA members and external stakeholders.
• Administer user accounts and access rights on the GDA Knowledge Hub and associated platforms.
• Support the creation of technical papers, guidance documents, presentations, surveys and best‑practice materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote technical webinars and publications.
• Monitor committee deliverables and Knowledge Hub usage, preparing regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting agendas, minutes and reports.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with SharePoint or similar digital repository platforms.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts and access permissions.
