Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to shape and execute our enterprise learning strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs that boost employee performance, leadership capabilities and technical expertise across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses, identify capability gaps and create targeted learning pathways.
• Design, produce and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, blended and e‑learning solutions.
• Manage the organization’s Learning Management System and other digital learning platforms.
• Measure training impact using analytics, assessments and business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, subject‑matter experts and external providers to tailor learning interventions.
• Oversee training budgets, vendor contracts and certification programs.
• Develop competency frameworks, skills matrices and succession planning tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development or instructional design.
• Proven track record of designing and managing enterprise‑wide learning programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and performance improvement methodologies.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• E‑learning authoring and delivery platforms.
• Learning analytics and reporting tools.
