Treasury Sales Manager

About the role

The Treasury Sales Manager leads the Treasury Sales function across Corporate & Investment Banking and high‑net‑worth client segments. You will design and deliver comprehensive Treasury solutions covering FX, interest rates, commodities, fixed income and structured products while driving revenue and managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the Treasury Sales team and execute the approved sales strategy.
• Develop deep relationships with CIB, HNI and other relevant clients to identify hedging, investment, liquidity and risk‑management needs.
• Provide solutions across FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and other derivatives.
• Deliver interest‑rate products such as IRS, caps/floors, swaptions and cross‑currency swaps.
• Offer commodity spot, forwards, swaps and options, as well as fixed‑income, money‑market and structured‑investment solutions.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to convert cross‑sell opportunities and conduct Treasury workshops.
• Manage the sales pipeline, revenue targets, volumes and client activity.
• Produce FX rate sheets and market commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Treasury Trading for pricing, execution and ensure compliance with ISDA documentation, limits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client call reports, deal confirmations and liaise with Middle Office, Treasury Risk, Legal and Compliance functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• 8–10 years of banking experience with significant Treasury Sales, FX, interest‑rate, commodities or derivatives exposure, preferably in Bahrain/MENA.
• Post‑graduate or recognized Treasury/Markets qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FX, interest rates, commodities, fixed income and structured products.
• Experience in derivative pricing, structuring and hedging.
• Excellent client relationship, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of Bahrain Central Bank requirements and Treasury regulations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
