About the role
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales while ensuring store operations run smoothly. This role also steps in to lead the store in the manager’s absence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with efficient and profitable store operations, adhering to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Manage daily roster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.
- Conduct regular audits of store administration and resolve issues.
- Ensure security vigilance and compliance with brand policies at all times.
Required profile
- Fashion‑forward, well‑groomed with up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
- Ability to provide feedback on employees and products to management.
- Strong awareness of security and loss‑prevention practices.
