Assistant Restaurant Manager – Primavera (Italian Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Primavera venue at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. The role supports daily restaurant operations, menu planning and guest experience, with a focus on Italian‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff, handling guest inquiries and ensuring service standards during peak periods.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment and uniform compliance for the team.
• Communicate food‑quality and service issues to the Chef and Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety and local alcohol‑service regulations.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control and achievement of financial targets.
• Open and close restaurant shifts, performing duties across all service areas as needed.
• Coach and provide feedback to employees, addressing performance and training needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards.

Required skills

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
