Building Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will lead daily maintenance activities for SRK Electricals’ facilities in Manama. Working in a hybrid setting, the role ensures electrical, structural and general repairs are performed safely, on schedule and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise routine and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Oversee technicians, contractors and external service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, structures and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain accurate work order records, inspection reports and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with management to prioritise maintenance needs and minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Hands‑on expertise in general repairs and routine upkeep.
• Basic to intermediate carpentry skills for structural work.
• Familiarity with facility management practices and safety regulations.
• Experience in electrical or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
