Civil Engineer – Site Supervision (Bahrain)

About the role

The Civil Engineer will oversee daily site operations in Bahrain, ensuring that construction work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position plays a pivotal role in coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and delivering accurate reports to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site and construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and site safety.
• Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
• Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues when required.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site operations effectively.

Required profile

• Bahraini nationality is mandatory.
• Valid CRPEP license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Own a private car with a valid Bahraini driving license.
• Ability to attend regular site visits across project locations.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction works.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally.
