Director of Revenue

About the role

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Revenue to lead revenue strategy for both Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort. This senior position will shape pricing, distribution and market positioning through data‑driven decisions while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening setup of the Revenue Management function, including systems, strategies, processes and reporting for both properties.
• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across rooms, F&B and ancillary outlets to maximize profitability and market share.
• Establish pricing, yield and inventory strategies based on market demand, competitive analysis and forecasting.
• Manage distribution channels, ensure rate parity and optimise OTA performance in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share and total revenue, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or finance.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Revenue Manager in a comparable luxury hotel.
• Proven pre‑opening experience and ability to balance luxury and lifestyle brand strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Experience with online travel agency (OTA) distribution channels.
• Competence in forecasting, pricing and yield management tools.
